You’ve now learned the art, science, and history of Yoga Nidra and Guided Imagery, you’ve honed your craft in writing unique authentic journeys within. It’s now time to personalize the journey. In this training, you will develop skills to create journeys based on conversations with your clients and students.

You will learn:

Active listening skills

How to personalize the journey

How to apply active listening skills in groups

How to apply active listening skills one-on-one

How to use improvisation to create a unique experience

Scope of practice regarding active listening.

Requirements:
Level 3 training is only available for those who have completed modules 1 and 2 OR have been certified in another meditation or Yoga Nidra training and have been teaching meditation for at least one year and completed level 2 with Thea. The 85-hour training certificate only applies if all levels are taken with Thea.
