Yoga Nidra Level 4
This module is for those who are ready to bring all the elements that they have learned together with guidance through mentorship and supported content.
Trainees will:
Further, develop content
Cultivate offerings
Two mentor meetings with Thea in person or via internet
Meet with group
Submit scripts, and recordings for feedback
Film one class or private session leading meditation
Practicum: complete 10 hours of teaching meditation
Group meetings
Day 1 5/3/20 12pm-4pm
Day 2 5/10/20 12-4pm
Day 3 by Appointment Mentor Session
Day 4 by Appointment Mentor Session
All sessions must be completed no later than5/14, practicum hours must be completed by
