If circumstances arise in which theapueschel.com or I, Thea Pueschel are unable to provide the services as planned whether in a private session or online training due to technical issues or scheduling, if the error is on my end a refund may be provided if rescheduling is not possible. I will not be held responsible for your inability to follow through with a program, product or service if you experience technical difficulties or if unexpected life circumstances arise.
