Whether taking this training to lead an asana (posture) based class or to deepen your understanding of your yoga practice this training is for you.
We wanted to create training that embraces and instills new teachers with the Unfold culture of ease and grace but also reverberates out to our modern society. Yoga is growing and changing, and people need teachers like you to show up and teach them.

This training offers more opportunity to teach than any other 200-hour training. You’ll be prepped and ready to teach beginners to all levels class.
Our Lead Teacher Thea Pueschel, C.Ht. E-RYT500 has over 4000 hours teaching public and private classes, 12 years of personal practice, a Manduka Ambassador, Alo Yoga Pro and is a Master Teacher Trainer in the Core Strength Vinyasa Style. She has had the pleasure of co-teaching at professional conferences like Yoga Journal and YogaNation with her teacher Sadie Nardini (yoga celebrity and creator of Core Strength Vinyasa). She has taught/co-taught Intensives for Yoga Teachers in Brea, Los Angeles, San Antonio and Austin, Texas. She has studied and trained with Yin goddess Denise Kaufman (Venice, Ca and HI) Anatomy and Breathing genius Leslie Kaminoff (New York), Curvy Yoga founder Ana Guest-Jelley (Nashville, TN) Creator of the Prison Yoga Project James Fox (Bay Area), and many others.

This training will meet Yoga Alliances 200-Hour requirements for professional registration, those who complete the program will be eligible for the 200-Hour RYT.
To secure your spot a $500 non-refundable deposit is required.
